Our vendors did not disappoint with Al Taylor and his fine jewelry and stained glass, Mary Leonard with Aprons from the Heartland, Tonya Campbell with her delicious cocoa bombs and cake pops, Sisters Sunderies with their soaps and fragrance items, Jeff Newton with his wonderful hand spun and woven wool scarves, Wayne Smith a true Shelby County artist, John Henry with wood crafts, Carol Naughton and her fabulous display of ornaments and craft items, Branch Shepherd running his forge and making wonderful cast iron work demonstrating a craft long since passed. Opening Friday will from now on be called Green Friday down on the farm! So many people told us they were busy and always missed the festival and our vendors are all about being at the farm so its the best of both worlds. We have had so many wonderful vendors wanting to be a part of the farm festivities that we expanded our availability to visit our vendors to two weekends. We had two weekends of crafts and artisans sharing their wares. This year we anticipated a great season with some really beautiful trees that have grown all year in the field as well as some lovely pre cut trees ready to hop onto the hood of your vehicle.
